Lisbon Devils were created in 2013 under the 3C’s premise: ‘Creation’ for the first year, ‘Consolidation’ in the second and ‘Conquest’ for the third year. Devils are already dominating the Portuguese League with the help of an NFL TE and NCAA QB.
